Thank you for registering for the IELTS test at Hefei University of Technology (HFUT). To ensure that you have a smooth and orderly test experience, please be aware of and comply with the following regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Arrive at the Test Center:
The written test venue is located at Lecture Building 4 and speaking test at Lecture Building 8 . Candidates should enter HFUT on the test day from the South Gate of the university, on No. 420，Feicui Rd，Shushan District, Hefei City. You may seek help from our volunteers if you have any questions and you can also follow the test signs along the road after entering the university.
According to the campus control requirements, all non-test takers and vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus. Please do not gather at the gate or wait for a long time. The vehicles should stop and leave immediately, and obey the instructions of the security personnel on site.
Identification Document Requirements:
Candidates must bring the original and valid ID document and admission ticket that match the registration information to attend the test. All the materials are required to be checked before entering the university.
Reminder of Arrival Time:
Please pay attention to the following time for test and leave enough time for entry inspection and on-campus transportation to avoid being late.
Speaking test: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the test, and the deadline for admission is 15 minutes before the test.
Written test: Entry starts at 07:30 AM. The deadline for entry is at 08:30 AM.
Other Requirements:
After entering the campus, candidates must follow the route guided by the special IELTS signage and volunteers to enter the test centre and return the same way when leaving the campus.
